We are an established Exhibition and Event management company. In line with our corporate vision and expansion, we invite, self motivated and committed candidates to join us for the following positions:-

Visual Merchandising Executive (Retail, Event & Exhibition)
Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with clients marketing department for concept development, art direction and execution of all creative deliverables. 
  • Design visual merchandising materials like posters, window displays and source visual merchandising props given by client.
  • To source and select suppliers in regards to display materials, props and methods of installation.
  • Responsible for creating execution and installation of set-up and display.
  • To arrange working permits from venue and coordinate with supplier on all logistic matter.
  • Responsible for merchandise display at outlets and ensure it aligns with the brand concept from client.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Strong design skills and well versed in Photoshop & Illustrator, in design, printing files requirement 
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field 
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and to perform within tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and self-motivated.
  • Possess own transport and willing and able to travel locally and outstation
  • Able to work after working hours and weekend.
  • Required languages: English and Chinese

 

Executive-Project Management (Sales & Operation)
Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to Project Manager
  • Responsible for achieving allocated sales target
  • Responsible for the implementation of marketing and sales strategies
  • Fully responsible for the sales related activities and its delivery or operation work
  • Submits monthly report to the management
 
Requirements:
  • Posses Degree/Diploma in related field 
  • Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in sales & marketing services 
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong sense of commitment 
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport 
  • Computer literate
 
 
Designer (Exhibition, Event & Interior)
Responsibilities: 
  • Plan & implement the design brief and concepts for projects
  • Plan, implement & monitor the job execution
  • Plan & implement allocation of cost and expenses of projects
  • Monitor the design output of the design brief 
  • Inform Snr. Designer or Chief Designer of work status and consistently work towards ensuring final design outputs are achieved within the desired time frame 
 
Requirement:
  • Posses Degree/Diploma qualifications in Interior, Design Engineering or similar 
  • Required language(s) : English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field  
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry designs and customer requirements
  • Understanding of market trends and operating standards within scope of project
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong sense of commitment 
  • Ability to implement multiple project designs and concept
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D Max/Studio, Photoshop, Illustrator and related software
